Step Two

It's my first day to sell jewelry. I set up my necklaces and my bracelets on the table. I watch from a near by table as a few ladies walk by my jewelry setup and become rather interested. Like a good saleswoman I walk over there, since I just might have customers. :)
I begin explaining what the jewelry is made of. Of course, Brazilian jewelry is something unique and special so they are very interested in buying. Plus, it's pretty too. ;)
I make more money than I expected. "Thank you God." Now I've made some money for the Christian camp I'm planning on attending. =D

I am making some very pretty necklaces and earrings. So, be sure to take a look at my blog later on this week for some pictures of some pretty neat stuff!!

The Beginning

How I got started and what I am doing.

Two years after I first started buying jewelry supplies I've finally began making jewelry and selling them. For now my jewelry is made of acai berry seeds, and wooden beeds. Hopefully soon I will begin making jewelry with natural stones and pearls, soap stones and glass beads.


Why am I making jewelry?

I am selling jewelry to raise up money to go on mission trips around the world. Also, pretty soon I will be graduating and I am planning on doing a DTS (http://www.ywam.org/notfound.asp?404;http://www.ywam.org:80/contents/get_tra_dts.htm&bhcp=1) which is the main training course with Youth With A Mission. ( http://www.ywam.org/ ) I will be saving up money to be able to do this school. I will update the blog soon with pictures of some of the jewelry I've made and more information on how to order jewelry from me.
